Our specialists will do a thorough checkup of your current oral condition for bite, adjacent tooth condition, gum problems, active or latent infections, bone and gum availability, any habits, and other oral findings. They will check your medical reports and CBCT x-ray reports as well. A treatment plan is made based on all of this data using our clinical judgement and AI based planning digital software.
Our dentists will then explain to you transparently the entire treatment plan in detail with all the expenses involved and the time duration required for it. But this is possible only after step-1 has been followed thoroughly and correctly. All your doubts will be solved and once you are ready and satisfied only then we will move ahead and start with the treatment.
Once the treatment execution starts, if it is an immediate implant placement then extraction will be done atraumatically slowly under LA to preserve your bone architecture. The LA is given using our 3-tier analgesia protocol so it is a painless process. Once the effect of anesthesia kicks in then you will not feel anything in that area, after that the extraction process is started. If it is a delayed placement then this step gets skipped/omitted.
After the extraction, bone grafting is done if required (only when there is a deficiency in quantity or quality of bone). Artificial bone powder material will be placed in the area of the implant.
Before bone grafting, after the extraction is done, sequential drilling is done based on the size of the implant to prepare the site for implant placement. Once drilling is complete then if required bone grafting is done and then implant is placed and the site sutured and closed.
After 3 months of osseointegration- bone to implant contact and healing completes, then the site is exposed and abutment is fitted and then a digital scan is done and a digitally fabricated natural looking crown is screwed/cemented over the implant.

"I did my dental treatment at Novoris Dental Clinic and Implant Centre for Dental Veneers, Root canal treatment and Zirconia crown. Dr Vivek Patel did my check up first and he explained to me that I have a deep cavity in one of my molar tooth and i need root canal treatment and Zirconia crown. He took the xrays and showed me in the xrays as well as with an intraoral camera. He explained everything in detail to me and transparently shared the entire plan. "I have undergone my Dental implants treatment and Full mouth rehabilitation with Dr Vivek Patel at Novoris Dental Clinic and Implant Centre. I had four missing teeth two on each side in the lower jaw in the back region and the rest of all my teeth were worn out and broken down and fractured due to night grinding. Dr Vivek did a thorough analysis and assessment with different xrays, pictures, and form fillings. Then he made a detailed treatment plan and explained to me all the different plans.
